Imagine a wild and beautiful lovechild of a Cabaret, Competitive Socialising, Live Music, and Club Venue —that's what we're building. This isn't just a managing role; it's an opportunity to be the leader, vibe curator, and community connector who makes this venue a South London institution.
What you’ll be doing
As our Managing Partner, you will be the driving force behind this high-energy, multi-faceted venue. You'll lead from the front, setting the pace and standard for an unforgettable guest experience.
Venue Leadership: You will build, inspire, and lead a large team across our bar, kitchen, floor, games, events, and entertainment departments. This is a hands-on role where you'll champion a people-first culture, coaching and celebrating your team while holding them accountable.
Operational Excellence: You'll oversee all daily operations, ensuring every shift—from Saturday night DJ sets and live gigs to corporate bookings—runs seamlessly. You'll own all licensing, health & safety, and compliance, with a relentless focus on every operational details
Sales & Marketing: Working alongside our central marketing team, you'll create and activate events, build strong local partnerships, and drive private hire and event sales to build long-term guest relationships.
Brand & Vibe: Your energy, personality, and high standards will shape the venue's identity. You'll ensure the music is right, the atmosphere is electric, and the space feels alive, protecting and evolving its reputation as a creative, playful, and unforgettable destination.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are a dynamic and experienced leader with a deep love for hospitality. You're not boxed in by corporate checklists; you want the freedom to create.
Experienced Leader: You have 5+ years of experience managing complex, high-volume hospitality venues, preferably in London. You have a proven track record leading multi-revenue streams, including food and beverage, events, and entertainment.
A Creative Visionary: You have a passion for creating moments, memories, and magic—not just transactions. You have a creative flair and know how to bring your ideas to life through programming and marketing.
Business Savvy: You can read a P&L in your sleep and know how to drive sales and control costs without compromising the guest experience or the vibe.
A Culture Builder: You have outstanding people management and mentorship skills, and you know how to create a team culture where people want to work and stay.
