ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

 

We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager with a magnetic personality, a love for hosting, and the leadership skills to drive a brand-new opening to success. Someone who is not just running the show but is also able to deliver moments that feel charged, unexpected and a little bit daring. You’ll work closely with the Managing Partner to lead the team, manage operations, and ensure every guest leaves with a story to tell. 

What you’ll BRING

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or similar role in a high-volume venue 

  • A passion for front-of-house hosting and guest engagement. 

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team 

  • Knowledge of bar operations, stock management, and compliance 

  • Confidence in managing corporate bookings and key stakeholders 

  • Energy, creativity, and a hands-on approach

salary: £34,000 Per year

contract: full time (30-40+h)
